CALL TO ACTION

Oh Fellow compatriots, arise! 
Nigeria's call, respond!
So much greatness, yet, so little achievement 
Where is the zeal?
And why aren’t we working hard enough to make great our father land?
Shall we look on and allow the labour of our heroes past to be in vain?
Or we work hard and show our greatness?

Oh fellow citizens!
What has happened to us?
Are we really serving with height and might?
Or why are we allowing the nation to divide?
Why are we not giving the chance for peace to prevail?
And why do we not crave unity?
Do we wish to lose the prestige of being 'the giants'?
And live shamelessly with a dented image?
We know this is a country filled with potentials 
Let us not leave it unfulfilled.

Oh brothers and sisters!
Be reminded that there is greatness in us
And that our success has no limit
With love, honesty and patriotism, we shall grow
With commitment, unity and faith, we shall progress
And the greatest lofty height, we shall attain
Peace and justice shall reign 
And we will forever be great 
This is our time to shine
For we were born in greatness
We were born for greatness
We shall live in greatness 
For there is greatness in us…
